Residential cleaning in Wellington
Kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and the dust that settles between visits. We bring the products and gear, and we work to the same checklist whether it is a one-off reset or a regular clean.
A properly scoped service
What to expect from residential cleaning
A useful home clean is built around the way the household actually lives. We agree on the rooms, priorities, access, pets, and any surfaces that need special care before the first visit. That gives the cleaner a clear brief and gives you a realistic expectation of what can be completed in the booked time.
Regular cleans focus on the work that keeps a home comfortable week after week: kitchens, bathrooms, dust, floors, and frequently touched surfaces. One-off visits can go further into neglected areas, but we will separate deep-clean tasks from routine maintenance so the quote remains clear.

Keep the standard consistent

Scope
What shapes the visit
The visit follows the property. These are the details that most often change the time, equipment, or team required.
- Floor area, layout, and the number of kitchens and bathrooms
- Current condition and how long it has been since a thorough clean
- One-off, weekly, fortnightly, or monthly frequency
- Extras such as ovens, inside windows, carpet steam cleaning, or heavy buildup
Before we arrive
How to prepare
A little preparation protects your property and lets the booked time go toward cleaning rather than access or setup.
- 1Clear loose items from the main surfaces if you want those areas cleaned.
- 2Let us know about pets, alarms, parking, keys, and apartment access.
- 3Point out delicate finishes or products that must not be used.

Before you book.
Specific requirements will be confirmed in your quote. These answers cover the questions we hear most often.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No. Many clients arrange a key, lockbox, concierge, or other access. We confirm the access plan before the visit and ask that alarms and pets are accounted for.
Do you bring cleaning products and equipment?
Yes, unless the quote says otherwise. Tell us in advance about allergies, preferred products, delicate stone, timber, or specialist surfaces.
Can I book the same cleaner regularly?
We aim for continuity on recurring work because it improves consistency. Scheduling changes can happen, but the agreed checklist stays with the job.
What is not part of a standard home clean?
Heavy mould, hazardous waste, pest contamination, high exterior work, and specialist restoration need separate assessment. Ovens, carpets, and detailed windows should also be named in the quote.
